STRUCTURAL CAD DESIGN
Our team has decades of experience in designing the right packaging style for our clients. Designs take into account the user experience and product protection to maximize the end-user receiving the product in perfect condition.
IN-HOUSE DIE MAKING
Making die-boards in-house allows K & D Graphics to quickly respond to any design changes by our clients. This process is fully automated with precision laser cut dieboards and computerized steel rule cut/bend for perfect packaging cut outs.
Our prepress crew are experts in creating layouts, correcting color, troubleshooting concerns with design or file issues prior to proofing, plating, and printing. We produce our printing plates with a computer-to-plate imager to ensure accuracy of content, color, and layout.
K & D Graphics utilizes the latest offset printing technology with our 12-color Heidelberg Speedmaster XL105 and our 6-color Speedmaster XL106 presses. Inks instantly dry with our UV-cured interdeck dryers allowing for various kinds of full or spot coatings to be applied in-line. Color spectrophotometers and full automation on both presses ensure consistent color along with the highest level of productivity.
Our three fully automated die-cutting machines give K & D Graphics the capability to produce large amounts of die-cut sheets daily. Combined with our in-house die making, packages are cut out with exact specification and standards needed for your fulfillment needs.
Our three fully automated folder/gluers finish the gluing of your carton with accuracy and speed. Machines are equipped to handle the smallest cosmetic cartons to large point-of-purchase counter displays. Barcode verification and visual inspection can be performed in-line on our gluers.
K&D Graphics has the capability to make your packaging stand out with special finishing such as foil stamping, embossing, and debossing.
